We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24โ€“48 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, youโ€™ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details so you can monitor your order anytime.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable and reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may impact timelines.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight & location. Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver. If unsuccessful, you may be required to coordinate directly with the courier to reschedule delivery.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Reet is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
