At Reet, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted and quality-checked with care. Since jewellery is a delicate and personal item, we offer returns/exchanges only in specific cases outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item from what was ordered.

๐Ÿ“Œ In such cases, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Size/fit issues (unless incorrect size was delivered)
  • Used, worn, or tampered jewellery

3. Return Process

  • Email us at info.heyreet@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will review your request and arrange return pickup (if serviceable) or guide you on self-shipping.
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Timeline: 5โ€“7 business days after inspection.
  • Mode: Original payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Responsibility During Return Transit

Until the returned item reaches us, it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure safe packaging and courier handling. Damaged-in-transit returns will not be eligible for refund.
